Our service is provided without charging consumers a fee for submitting a Loan Request.

FlexMediaGroup may receive compensation from participating Partners when a referral, application, funded loan, or other qualifying event occurs.

5. Flex-Loans.com Is Not a Lender

Flex-Loans.com is not a bank, lender, finance company, credit union, loan servicer, collection agency, or financial institution.

FlexMediaGroup is not a party to your loan agreement and assumes no responsibility for the terms, performance, servicing, collection, modification, or repayment of any loan issued by an independent third party.

6. Loan Marketplace Services

Flex-Loans.com uses proprietary technology and business relationships to facilitate introductions between consumers and participating financial providers.

When you submit a Loan Request, you authorize us to process your information for the purpose of identifying one or more Partners that may be willing to evaluate your request.

Our matching process may consider various factors, including but not limited to:

Employment information
Banking information
Historical matching performance
Technical routing rules
Partner availability
Regulatory limitations
Consumer preferences where applicable

The order in which Partners receive or review your information may also depend upon commercial agreements, system availability, operational capacity, licensing restrictions, and other business considerations.

Participation in our marketplace does not imply endorsement of any lender, nor does it mean that every lender available in the marketplace will receive your information.

Likewise, the absence of a particular lender does not imply that such lender is unavailable in your jurisdiction.

7. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

Submitting a Loan Request through Flex-Loans.com does not guarantee:

Approval for a loan
Approval by any particular lender
Receipt of a loan offer
Funding of any loan
Approval within a specific timeframe
Same-day funding
Next-day funding
Any minimum or maximum loan amount
Any particular interest rate
Any repayment term
Availability of financing in your state
Eligibility for future financing

Each participating lender independently establishes its own underwriting standards, eligibility criteria, verification procedures, funding timelines, and lending policies.

Some lenders may:

Perform identity verification
Verify employment
Verify income
Verify banking information
Request supporting documentation
Obtain consumer reports
Obtain alternative credit reports
Deny your application for any lawful reason

FlexMediaGroup has no control over these decisions and cannot influence the outcome of any lender’s review.

You are under no obligation to accept any offer presented to you.

9. Consumer Acknowledgements

You authorize us to transmit your information to participating Partners

You understand that submitting a Loan Request does not create a loan agreement
You understand that any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender
You understand that lenders may request additional documentation before extending credit; and
You understand that any examples of rates, loan amounts, funding times, or repayment schedules displayed on the Website are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees

You further acknowledge that financial products involve repayment obligations and should only be accepted after careful review of all applicable disclosures and contractual terms provided by the lender.

10. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information

The effectiveness of our loan matching service depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

By submitting a Loan Request, you represent and warrant that:

all information submitted is true, accurate, current, and complete;

you are providing information solely about yourself;

you are legally authorized to submit all information provided;

you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate before completing an application with a participating Partner;

you are not impersonating another individual or entity;

you are not using stolen, fabricated, or misleading information; and

you will cooperate with any lawful identity verification requests made by participating Partners.

You understand that providing false or misleading information may:

delay processing;

prevent your request from being matched;

result in rejection by participating lenders;

lead to suspension of your access to the Website; or

expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

FlexMediaGroup reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently prohibit any Loan Request that appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

One of the primary purposes of Flex-Loans.com is to connect consumers with independent financial service providers.

By submitting a Loan Request, you expressly authorize FlexMediaGroup to:

process your submitted information;

evaluate your request using our internal routing systems;

transmit your information to one or more participating Partners;

share your information with loan marketplaces, lending networks, financial institutions, and service providers that assist in processing your request;

receive status updates from participating Partners regarding your referral; and

retain records of your submission for compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, and legal purposes.

The categories of information that may be shared include information voluntarily submitted by you, such as:

name;

address;

telephone number;

email address;

date of birth;

Social Security Number or partial Social Security Number;

driver’s license information;

employment information;

income information;

housing information;

banking information;

military status;

citizenship information; and

other information necessary to facilitate your request.

Once your information has been transmitted to an independent Partner, that Partner’s own privacy policy and terms will govern its use of your information.

FlexMediaGroup does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party Partners after your information has been shared.

12. Credit Checks and Verification

Flex-Loans.com does not perform underwriting or make lending decisions.

However, participating lenders may independently verify information provided in connection with your Loan Request.

Depending upon the lender and the financial product offered, verification activities may include:

employment verification;

income verification;

bank account verification;

fraud prevention screening;

verification through public records;

consumer reporting agency inquiries;

alternative consumer reporting databases; and

other lawful verification methods.

Participating lenders may obtain information from one or more consumer reporting agencies, including but not limited to:

Experian;

Equifax;

TransUnion; or

alternative consumer reporting agencies.

Some inquiries may be “soft inquiries,” while others may constitute “hard inquiries” that could affect your credit profile.

FlexMediaGroup neither requests nor controls these inquiries and is not responsible for any effect they may have on your credit history or credit score.

Questions regarding a lender’s credit inquiry should be directed to that lender.

By voluntarily submitting your information through Flex-Loans.com, you authorize FlexMediaGroup to communicate with you regarding your submission.

Communications may include:

confirmation emails;

customer support responses;

status updates;

reminders to complete an application;

identity verification requests;

security notifications;

compliance notices; and

other service-related communications.

Where you separately provide the legally required consent, you also authorize FlexMediaGroup and the participating Partners identified at the time of consent to contact you regarding loan products and related financial services.

SYSTEM FAILURES;

SECURITY INCIDENTS;

WEBSITE INTERRUPTIONS; OR

ANY OTHER EVENT RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FLEX-LOANS.COM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEXMEDIAGROUP'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO FLEXMEDIAGROUP FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE (IF ANY); OR

ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

26. Indemnification

be conducted in English;

The arbitrator shall have authority to award any relief available under applicable law.

bringing an individual claim in small claims court where permitted;

reporting concerns to a governmental agency; or

seeking temporary equitable relief where necessary.

This arbitration provision applies only to disputes between you and FlexMediaGroup. Any dispute concerning a loan agreement remains governed by the agreement between you and the applicable lender.

30. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and FlexMediaGroup agree that any dispute shall be brought only in an individual capacity.

Neither party shall participate as:

a class representative;

class member;

private attorney general; or

representative plaintiff

in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable in a particular case, only that portion shall be severed to the extent required by law.

31. Force Majeure

FlexMediaGroup shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

severe weather;

epidemic or pandemic;

labor disputes;
